Livability and efficiency are major components of our designs. We believe every inch is sacred, especially in San Francisco. We are experts at maximizing the use of space for efficiency and beauty.

Janine Hunn, Principal
Since 2013, Janine Hunn has been designing and developing modern homes in San Francisco and Ireland. Working as interior designer for single family homes and multi-unit developments from start to finish.
Janine has worked in real estate and property design/build for over 10 years. Her experience includes land/property purchase, interior and exterior design, refining architectural plans for maximal livability, sourcing and purchasing, build supervision, project management and property sales.
